You may submit your questions to helpline staff via our contact form, or search for answers in our Knowledge Base.
When you are contacting the Helpline, whether via e-mail, phone, or in person, it is very helpful if you have relevant information readily available. For example:
- Platform you are using (e.g., Windows Vista, Mac OS X)
- URL (Web address) where you encountered a problem
- Name and version of application which is causing problems
- Text of any pertinent error messages
- The steps you took that led to the problem, and any remedies you have tried
- University jack number and phone model
